Workshop – Employment and Everyday living Wednesday 7 October 2026

Autistic adults are often marginalised and disadvantaged because of their different social and communicating skills, unfairly missing out in education and employment opportunities. Figures show that

only approximately 30% of working-age autistic adults are in any employment and roughly 16% are in full-time paid work. But this needn’t be the case. At ASPIE we already support members to rejoin or remain in education and employment. .

We are pleased to be joined again by Psychotherapist Mandy Gutsell of KnowLimits for our 4th workshop at our centre in Vesta Tilley House. It’s an unmissable opportunity for autistic adults to learn how to survive the pitfalls, understand employers better and REMAIN in employment.
